This issue has been solved. See solution.

I am having a rough time finding the download for the new NS 7.

We are currently NS 6.R8. Client Management Suite II with 1515 licenses.

I am trying to get a plan going to upgrade to 7.0

Trying to download NS 7 but all I see is Dell Client management Suite 7.

I see HP Client Manager 7, but no suite?

Do I have to use the DELL Client management Suite 7 even though we have not one DELL in our company?

Or is the HP Client Manager 7, really supposed to be listed as HP client management suite 7?

Any help is appreciated (new site is very confusing)

Thanks,

Ray

You have to go to trialware

on the download site, and download and install the Symantec Installation Manager. Once you have installed that, you can install the Symantec Management Platform, NS7, and whatever Client Management Solutions you are looking for.

If you have trouble finding

If you have trouble finding the trialware stuff, this will take you where you need to go: https://www4.symantec.com/Vrt/offer?a_id=77987.

You will need to have a SymAccount and login or will need to create an account before you can download SIM.

As stated, install SIM and then select the products you wish to install.

anyway to get an offline copy?

so that we do not need to keep downloading the required binaries whenever we do a fresh install?
something like solutionsam?
wish that i can still use httrack to update my binaries at a scheduled frequency automatically.
