How to erase a tape using BE2012 BEMCLI

I have backup exec 2012 server and I need to use BEMCLI to erase a tape. Please help.

Submit-BEEraseMediaJob seems to be the command to erase media.

There Please use the command under powershell window
BETapeDriveDevice "Device 0001" | Submit-BEEraseMediaJob
FYI (under Device 0001 name should your tape device name in my case it was 001)
