  • 1.  How to expand a report

    Hi, I would like to ask if it's possible to expand a report that I have put in my dashboard. This report is grouped by worker. When I customize the page if I select "Verbs" in my report webpart, under edit options, there is the option "Report settings": Contracted or Expanded

    I've selected "Expanded" but the form of my report doesn't change. Is it a bug or I'm wrong?

    Actually we have installed the Service Desk 7.1 SP1 version.
