Go to Reports on the top bar.
    Select All Reports.
Go to Discovery and Inventory > Inventory.
Select the report called Discovered Devices.  This report shows all machines that are discovered by Altiris by network inventory or agent inventory.

Once this has loaded press 'Save As' and select Spreadsheet.

this will export it in to a CSV file which is a plain text file like a .txt open in notepad or excel or whatever you want.

Also, if you are looking for the computers with Altiris Agent installed then maybe more proper report is: Reports -> Notification Server Management -> Agent -> Computers with Agent Installed.

In this case report "Agents Not Installed in the last N Days" should provide needed info (this report based on discovered devices table)

Try "Reports -> Notification Server Management" -> Server -> Resource Reports -> Computers". This report contains primary user name; in most cases this will correspond the logged-on user name. NS stores "Last Logon user" name in the database, but to see it you will need to perform some modifications to report.

Also, you may see "Is managed" flag in the Computers report - you may use this flag to sort the computers with and without Altiris Agents, as "Managed=1" means Altiris Agent is installed.

    Thank you,

    Alex.

Please check the xml attached to this post - this is the export of modified "computers" report, column "Last Logon User" added next to the "User" column. Right-click to the "Resource Reports" folder, select "Import" and import this xml. After that you should see report with name "Computers-with-last-logon-user" in console. Hopefully, this is the info you are looking for.

    Thank you,

    Alex.

    Hi Mohammad,

Please take a look at: "Reports -> Discovery and Inventory -> Inventory -> Cross-paltform -> Software/Applications -> Software -> Installed Software by Computer" report.

By defaule this report should display "Managed" software for all computers. If you change drop-down "Type" selection to "All software" and press "Refresh" then you should see all the software, installed on the computers with Altiris Agent. Select "Save As -> SpreadSheet" and open the resulting table in Excel.

    Thank you,

    Alex.

    Hi Nagesh,

Do you have Symantec Endpont Protection Integration Component installed in your implementation of Altiris ? (it's a part of Client Management Suite, so I suppose you should have).

Please check the SEPIC reports in "Reports -> Symantec Endpont Protection Management". Specifically "Details of unmanaged, managed unprotected and managed protected machines" report. If you select "Managed and Unprotected" in "Type" drop-down and hit Refresh then this report should display all the clients without antivirus installed.

    Thank you,

    Alex.

    Hi Nagesh,

If you need to see how many system got the same patch, please navigate to 'Windows Software Update Delivery - Details' report, right-click on required update and open 'View Targeted Computers by Update' drill down report.

'Windows Software Update Delivery - Details' report is located at Reports > Software > Patch Management > Remediation Status

    Thanks,
    Roman

    Hi Mohammad,

Unfortunately, I do not have a quick answer how to handle such task by report. Probably it should be  possible to create an excel macros, that will parse resulting excel and copy records with the same computer name to the corresponding sheet.

    Thank you,

    Alex.
