    Hi,

    You can use Unmanaged Detector

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/unmanaged-detector-sep-121

Configuring a client to detect unmanaged devices

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO80763

What does it mean to set a client as an Unmanaged Detector?

Is there any problem if we run this in the enterprise segments.

Whether this is not recommeded by symantec to enable this.

It won't be a problem to run, you just need to have one on every one of your subnets, which could become tedious if you have many. And you need exceptions for routers, switches, etc etc

there will be no problem to run this, but after the first run you have to figure out, what is a router, switch, pc etc., this tool will find all network clients.

If you have an inventory system, you can use it, to check all data against this and find out, which MAC's are PC's.

Whether SEPM11 client unmanaged detector will discover the clients(32bit/64bi)?

or only SEPM 12 will help perfectly?
