How to find user name who done changes on files

Dear all,
There is a module in ESM "File Watch" through we can get reports for add/modified/ deleted files. But it’s not provide users details who done changes on files.(Only file onwer/onwership information available in policy run)
Can anyone help me to find the ESM Check to fulfill my expectation?

I dont think its posible but
I dont think its posible but better to implement the RBAC role based access control on all software as prevention in any problem which may occur
