    How to fix duplicate entries in Symantec Endpoint protection Manager which is reporting to a particular group

    I have around 15000 clients reporting to SEP manager (replicated - 1+1), Now major of my clients operating system are windows xp right now i am in a process of upgrading windows xp to windows 7.  Where in i am deploying operating system through script and after that SEP is deployed through third party deployment now in my SEP manager entry on a group duplicates.  It displays xp which is not at all communicating and as well it displays windows 7 which is communicating to SEP manager.  I need help to fix the duplicate entries in SEP manager, means I want to delete the windows XP icons which is no more use.

    open

    sepm

    admin

    servers

    local site;

    in the delte clients which are not connected to the server; make to it 1 day; default is only 30 days;

    this will clear whoever is not communicating;

    What is the version of SEP you have?

    I had seen this issue in the earlier version of SEP, make sure you are on RU6 and above

    These Duplicate entries are they in User Mode or in Computer Mode?

    Have you done AD Sync?

    Does the Duplicate Entry also show Green Dot?

    Are these machine installed of a drive image?
