How to force an update to a Win32 License

I am testing out my process for managing software licenses. I have added a new Software Purchase for Acrobat Pro 7. I have a Win32 License for Acrobat PRo 7 and the Software Purchase Rule in force is named Acrobat Pro 7%, so I assume when I add new purchases, if they fit that variable, they will be added. Yet I think this may be a scheduled task to make this update happen.
Anyone know how I can force that update?

go to - view >configuration>solution settings>Assets and Inventory>Asset management solution>Software licences>Software Licensce evaluation and set the # of days to refresh
go to - view >configuration>solution settings>Assets and Inventory>Asset management solution>update Software purchases and set a schedule
