How to get back the tape which associated with the retired media?

Hi Every One,
We have been using Backup Exec 2010 to take backup on tape drives.
Recently one of our daily tape is associated with Retired Media, I couldn't run any daily job on it.
How to get back that tape to run daily job on it again? I tried quick erase, tried to associate that tape with daily jobs. But every thing failed.

Have you tried to move it to Online Media and then running an erase of the drive?

Hello Ramkrishna,
You could try this - go to Media tab, selet that tape from retired media. Right click on the tape and then 'associate to media set' You can select scratch or any medi set that you might want to. If this does not work then, right click on the Tape and delete it. Once that it done, you can inventory and catalog the tape again.
