How to get Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option Trial download

Hi, I want to evaluate and testing a Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option 7.0.
I already registered for 3 week ago but no download link send to me.
(have a contact from local partner but no information send to me)
I am an engineer in system interater company. (not Symantec partner but Symantec software is a main backup solution)
(T testing and implementing product for my customer)

If you find out, please let me know. I registered in April, and...nothing! I still get calls (last 1 was 3 weeks ago) asking when we planned to implement or what I thought of the product.
I told the woman that after the last call in April I STILL didn't have a download link. Her colleague is still getting back to me. In the meantime, we have put forward EMC Avamar in its place. More expensive, but the vendor was willing to engage with our 1 particular client's need!
Not good service...

After I download,
whn I try to install it ask to enter the serial number
Where is the serial number of DLO trial/evaluation?
Ideally it should give you an option to continue without entering any serial number (that will make it run in trial mode)...
