In order to determine how big the storage I need to relocate, how can I get the current total size of Items that is archived in EV 8.0.4 ?
Thanks

You can check it using the EV console.
Go to your Vault store right click on it and click on reporting it will give you a brief report on total items archive and total item size in MB.

Go to the properties of your vault store partitions in windows explorer as the size given through SQL will not accurately reflect the physical size on disk

It's the number of savesets awaiting backup
So does that must be 0 all the time ?

It doesn't necisarily need to be 0 but shouldn't be 2.3 million. :) To clarify, the items very well could be backed up but EV doesn't recognize them as backed up until either the Archive bit is removed, replication complete, the triggerfile, or partition secured xml is updated. It will depend what you have set on the backup property tab of the partition.

Tony, perhaps this is due to the retention period that I set was to be 5 months old ?
I'll create separate post for this issue.
