I need to find out how to grant permissions to selected ServiceDesk groups to be able to view the details (History, etc.) of all Change Management tickets. Those assigned Implementation Tasks are not able to view the CM ticket. Neither is the Service Manager, who should be able to view all CM tickets.
I can't find a pre-defined Permission in SD. Is there one? If there isn't, is there another way that I could get these users to be able to view the CM ticket details?
