Hi,
in file %ProgramFiles%\Symantec\Workspace Streaming\Bin\AppStreamCfg.txt
you'll find in line 218 the following:
GUI_DISPLAY_TRAY_ICON=True
Set this to False and restart the AWE 6.4 Streaming-Agent
