    I do not want to lock the hotmail page, users can check your emails, but do not enter the webmessenger

    Well, the solution would be to block the address of the messanger - if it is a web application, it's got its address. If yoi check it, you will be able to block the messanger only.

    You may also use wildcards- example for http://webim.live.sg/ you may use *.webim.live.*
