If you have already staged the patches you wish to install, highlight all of them (by using multi-select) in the Patch Remediation Center, right-click and choose 'Distribute Packages'.  When the Distribute Software Updates wizard appears, you will see an 'Apply to computers' section.  By default, it uses the Windows Computers with Software Update Plug-in Installed Target.  Remove this target and then select Apply to->Computers.  The Select computers window will appear.  Select Add rule.  Select exclude computers not in, and the change the drop down from 'Filter' to 'Computer list'.  In the empty text box, start typing the name of the computer you wish to deploy these updates to.  When that is done, selec 'Update results' to make sure only the computer you want is listed.  Then select OK.  Select Next in the wizard and make sure the policy is turned "on" and select Distribute software updates to create the policy.

Done :)

Hi Nagesh

Kinldy run the windows run assessment scan on those system to check the patch compliacne status

Go to Home --- Patch Management --- Windows compliacne by computer

You can find here How many patches are installed, How many applicable and How many Not installed and also the Restart pending status of that machine.

Reports->All Reports->Software->Patch Management.  Use the Compliance by Computer report.  Make sure you extend your date range (default is 1 year) to cover updates released in the past.

Hi Nagesh

1) When right click on any computer you will get option view not installed updates

2) For applicable patches installed you have push one patch at a time on that client machine and set the policy installed as soon as possible
