    Hi Symantec,

    I had already made a confirmation Order for the Symantec Endpoint Security Tech Center Technical Training 12 Month Subscription e-learning Download. and paid for it for $99.00.

    I already got the Serial/Voucher Number.

    How I start to access the SEP Security Tech Center Technical Training 12 Month Subscription?

    Please direct me to the right link...

    when i access the http://www.symantec.com/business/training/evoucher/index.jsp
    it redirected me to https://education.symantec.com/Saba/Web/sena
    I went to new user and then I got lost after filling all the details...
    Please help...

    it went throuh the following steps:

    1. Review Learning Items (DONE)
    2. Enter Billing Information ( WAS MAKING ME CONFIRM AGAIN?)
    3. Print Reciept...(NOT YET DONE)

    I was then prompted to click either CONTINUE SHOPPING or CONFIRM...
    But I already have a Serial/Voucher Number...
    Why are they billing me again...
