Hi Guys.

Can some please point me in the right direction.

We had our Symantec backup exec 12.5 installed on a Windows 2008 Ent Edition R2 x64 only to find out that it's not supported.

We have now moved the software and backup autoloader to a windows 2003 STD edition x32.

When i navigate to Devices / Slots and then try and catalog a tape i get the following error.

The requested media is not listed in the media index and could not be mounted. To add the media's catalog information to the disk-based catalogs, run an inventory operation on the media and resubmit the Catalog operation.
Final error category: Backup Media Errors

Can someone please assist.
