How to Initiate a Remote NS Client Installation/Removal Without Using the Console?

Yes, there are several scripts on this website which explain how to install the client using psexec or WMI. However, considering the NS Console already takes care of error handling, reporting, i.e. why the need to do all of that in a script? Is there anyway to mimic what the Console does in a script?

We're currently migrating from an SMS 2003 environment where it's client pushes are nothing more than a simple VBScript creating a CCR (Client Configuration Request) file in the "ccr.box" folder.

Does anyone have such a script? Or can point me in the right direction? SQL SP? DCOM?
