How to install additional maintenance server for Backup Exec 12.5 DLO ?

HI,

 Please let me know about below.

I want to install additional maintenance server for Backup Exec 12.5 DLO. Currently I only installed Backup exec 12.5 media server with DLO.
When I read Admin. Manual, that manual does not have instrallation method.
Also I want to know "Do I need additional lisence for maintenance server ?".

If you know, please teach me.

I was stuck with installing additional maintenance server. Their manual or link says only " Verify that the new maintenance server has been installed". I could not go installation process.
