What version of Windows are you on?
If you are on Windows Vista/7 then go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp
Find the latest EVClient_* log file and open it
It may be because you are using Outlook anywhere and EV has detected it as RPC over HTTP for which the desktop policies default is to switch the client off completely
Also remember that the
Also remember that the Outlook 2010 integration is different to the integration with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. You won't see toolbar buttons. You should see an Enterprise Vault option though :

Thanks

sorry JesusWept2, I am new here, scan you tell me how to open a new thread, since my question is not really answered
If you go to the Desktop
If you go to the Desktop Policy and then go to Advanced tab and drop down the list to Vault Cache and theres an option to Show Setup Wizard , the default is On, just switch it to off
I have just set up my GP
I have just set up my GP again, there is no where to remove the "show setup wizard" under advanced Tab, as you see in the screen shot attached
Desktop Policy is something
Desktop Policy is something that Enterprise Vault uses and can be administered via the Vault Admin Console, its not an option for when you deploy the MSI
