  • 1.  How install DLP plugin om firefox and Chrome - DLP 14

    Dear,

    I have to install a dlp agent in one computer and no plugin for firefox or chrome are installed , this plugin is installed automatically or a have to install manually in each computer?

    How are the steps to force the instalation?

    I am using DLP 14 Agent version 14

    Firefox 48.0 and Chrome 52

    Hello, While installing the agent 14v the addins will be also automatically installed (by the agent itself). If they are not yet is probably because the Chrome/Firefox was opened during the installation. But that’s not a problem because the agent will be checking if the addins are installed and running, and if they are not it will install them. In your case I think restarting the Chrome/Firefox or even the machine will solve the problem. Regards, Morgado
