how to join windows7 users in sep managed group.

Hello,

plz tell me the solution.

i have Symantec Endprotection 12.1 software, i was installed symantec endpoint manager in Server2008 successfully and Clients(windows XP,Operating system) joined through PUSH Deployment Process successfully but main problem occured in windows 7 Pro operating system users.

and without deployment i trying to install individual client sep with managed in windows xp & 7 operating system users,could not accepted one error will be occur.

how to join that users in managed .and any other procedure(not a PUSH Deployment) is there.

check this article to export managed package.

try disabling the UAC on windows 7 machine and try push deployment.
