You can have to configure the single risk event to get it on the time
https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/how-get-notified-realtime-email-when-infected-items-detected
Is there a reason you wouldn't? This shows important data on threats and where they originate from on your network.
Run for atleast few hours or a day is fine...
Hi regieval,
I recommend that Risk Tracer be enabled permanently. Should there be an unexpected outbreak (and when was an outbreak ever "expected"?) Risk Tracer will have infromation about where the infection came from.
Many thanks!
Mick
Thumbs up to Mick's advice.
Risk Tracer should be disabled in order to reduce SEP's performance impact on an overburdened computer only.
Hello regieval,
Just checking to see if there was anything additional that you needed? This thread is still marked "needs solution."
All the best,
