How long will be 11.x version supported

This issue has been solved. See solution.
As 12.1 is out i want to know how long will be 11.x versions supported, i mean bug fixing updates and definitions updates. Also in MySupport i can't find a category for Symantec Endpoint Protection anymore, so i can't file cases. Is it hidden in some weird category or is it not available? Or do i have to have 12.1 license to be able to file SEP cases?

2. On the right hand side under “Product support”, click the release details and select the version of the product to check end of life.

Yet to announce that date; it will be supported for a long time.If you have migrated to SEP 12.1 you can use that option, You might be eligible for SEp 12.1 hence they might have removed; Licensing team can assist you on that.
