    I want to put something like that

    when loading my form, someone has done something similar or have an idea on how you could do

    Hopefully that will help you accomplish what you're trying to do.  Long story short, use an "IncludeHTML" component with CSS wrapped in <style> tags and then include the HTML after.

    I've also attached a demo for you.

    I should probably also note that in the place of the IncludeHTML component, this could also be done with a simple .gif loader image like the one in your original post above; just substitute the .gif image component in for the IncludeHTML component and follow the rest of the instructions as they are, and it should turn out how you want it to.
