Client Management Suite

I have a lots of machine Altiris agent was broken, so I can not use Pcanywhere, so I create the batch file to uninstall and reinstall altiris agent, not agent is fine, but the Pcanywhere folder is empty, so I try to use NS to push out Pcanywhere to those machine, but job never run.

please see the screen shot.

When I used to use old version of PcAnywnywhere I was able to copy 4 files from \nscp\pcaagent foler to each local machine c:\windows\temp

1). Symantec_pcaautostart_noPcaqucikconnecthost

2). Symantec_pcanywhere-plugin_installer

3). pcaclientinstllmanager.exe

4). symantec_pcaPcAnywnywhere_plugin_installer_x64

then I run pacclientinstallmanager.exe /iall  and it work, but the version I have now is 12.8.8566

is this going to work? I need help

Looks like you currently have a partially installed agent. You may try uninstalling the same by referring to the following articles:

Once you are done unsintalling, reboot the system and then try reinstalling the agent using the following article:

If the pcAnywhere plug-in install job doesn't run try putting a schedule on it to run daily. once it's run successfully the PC will drop out of the target so it won't run again. If it fails, look at the log in c:\programdata\Symantec\pcASolutionLog
