How many servers needed?

I'm currently in a project which involves Symantec Endpoint Virtualization Suite. We need to know how many servers (That run SEVS) we approximatically need for 22.000 users and 4.000 workstations.
Lets say that there is a possibility that around 2.000 users can login simultaneously and ask for applications from the system.
Can anyone help me with this problem or give me any advise on how to calculate these numbers?

It entriely depends on how mauch flow of date you'll be accessing. If it's a newly seup network than you might want have as much backup support as possible but basically you're guessing at the amount of data inflow....
