Supported crossgrade upgrade migrations:
• SEP Small Business Edition 12.0 --> SEP Enterprise Edition 12.1
• SEP Small Business Edition 12.1 --> SEP Enterprise Edition 12.1

Hi,

You can upgrade from Small Business Edition to Enterprise Edition, it's a supported cross-grade upgrade.

If you are specifically looking for protection suite upgrade then need to get in touch with Symantec reseller/partner.

Hello,

Since you are talking about Symantec Protection Suite Small Business to Protection Suite Enterprise Edition, these covers lots of Symantec Products including Symantec Endpoint Protection.

In case of Symantec Endpoint Protection, CrossGrade Migrations are possible when Migrating from Small Business Suite to Enterprise Edition Suite. However, not viceversa.
