How to move hostname with failover on other application in veritas Cluster

Is there any possible way in VCS in which we can move hostname on failover because application can work on same hostname?

A VCS Service group (application) should not be linked to the local hostname or nodename.

A virtual IP address should be part of SG config which will fail over with rest of resources in the SG.
This virtual IP address can be linked to a hostname in DNS or local /etc/hosts files.
