How to not run all updates trow liveupdate?

Hi there,

Currently update  11.5.1.2266 is giving me problems and waiting for a solution for this problem.
However i would like to install liveupdate 1 to 4, i was told liveupdate 5 was the problem maker (multiple the same clients in console)

How can i manually install liveupdates?
