    Heathu,

If the file is password protected... then it is triggering the 'Password Protected Policy"

    Why is that Wrong?

That is what it is supposed to do!

The File is Password protected.. so it will match the policy looking for a "password protected file"

Does it not work that way??

It may not work for printing..

    Good Luck

    Hi Heathu,

There is difference between normal file and password protected file which syamntec identifies and trigger incidents. Probably every files having metadat information and once the file is encrypted with password which might using some encryption technology and update the metatdata information as encrypted.

    Heathu,

The only way to exclude files is by the actual filename (possibly) or by the username.

    Thanks
