    I would like to know how to point Email.cloud solution to O365, you can send me the document as well.

    Refer to the URL for the Email Security.cloud Administrator Deployment Guide.  O365 configurations for both inbound and outbound connections are located on pages 34 & 35 of the admin guide.

    VPOP3 appears to be a virtual POP3 MS Windows mail server, not to be confused with Exchange, and is unsupported at this time.
