Is it possible to configure permissions such as a user can only deploy a job to 1 system at a time only?
I want to protect against a mistaken drag & drop of a job (script) onto a group of system & the havoc that can cause.
I know I can disable scheduling altogether but I need my guys to be able to deploy but I want to protect against mistakes.

DS 6.9 SP1 has a new feature that allows you to do this scenario. I think the admin could tell how many clients or jobs a user could execute jobs. So read the read me for 6.9 SP1

    Thanks Nelo.

Just checked the info on 6.9sp1 - Although I haven't read in great details it does look like your right, & there is more functionality to limit deployment scope.
I wasn't planning on installing sp1 right now but this lends weight to upgrading.
If there is an option in 6.9 then I would like to implement that as an upgrade will require more planning.
