Have you customised the Workflow onto the Workflow/Service Desk server yet? If not, do that first. Test the Workflow using the URL of the published Workflow.
Then you need to add this into the Service Desk as an Administrator.
Go into "Admin->Service Catalog Settings". Then select the Category on the bottom left, such as "IT Services".
In  here, click the "lightning" icon and select "Add Web Service" and fill in the details.
Next, I guess you need to assign permissions to the Web Service for the appropriate Groups.
That is it, as far as I know.

What is the point of an Asset Management Solution that needs excessive management? Let me help you.

It depends on how you want to use the wrokflow you have created.  If you are talking about simply publishing the process, that is easy enough and handled in the regular Workflow documentation.  If you want a good combination example of how to use your workflow template with Servicedesk, please see the article Send Incident to Workflow: An Automation Rule Example Notifying Users of a Comment Added.  This article documents publishing and also how to configure automation rules to atuomatically activiate when certain Servicedesk events occur.
