    I used Windows7 and PGP to encrypt my disk. I had three partitions C,D,E. For some reason, my OS is broken so I installed the windows7 in C: again. Then the night mare is coming! I can't access the data in D,E. Any help is really,really, really appreciated.

    This Knowledge Base Article may be helpful.

    It's a little late now, but for future reference, The operating system must not be re-installed or changed without first decrypting your disk.  I'd suggest trying decryption of the drives.
