How to redeem the reward points

Send a mail to rewards@webwiseone.com with your request... 

For questions about rewards, to place a special order, or to order multiples (Ten $15 Amazon.com certificates) send a mail to  rewards@webwiseone.com with subject "Symantec Rewards Request".

As explained in the Reward page , there are two ways:

• Based on your points, choose your preferred item ( ie. $15 Amazon.com Certificate) and click on "Order Now" , it will be processed immediately this request.
• In case of order multiples ( ie. $150 Amazon.com certificates ) send a message to rewards@webwiseone.com with subject Symantec Rewards Request.

In case you don't see the "Order now" , you have to enter Shipping Address and Day time phone number.  ( see Vikram's comment on Changes to Rewards Catalog) .

 You need to Fill up your Phone number and shipping address then only you will get the Order NOw button.

 @Peter Pan --Yes you will have to click it 5 times or mail rewards@webwiseone.comto check if the card is avaialable in 1000 GC or more denomination

To update shipping address or any other information
go to your Activity page (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/user/peterpan)
click on Profile - Personal Information.
