How to Redirect Emails to a Different Mailbox

I know that I have to modify the "Microsoft Exchange Redirection" screen, but I'm not exactly sure what to put in the fields.  I'm just trying to restore some emails from one mailbox and put them in another mailbox.  I'm assuming that the "Restore to server" field should be my exchange server.  So I would put \\[exchange server] in that field, right?

Then, I would check "Redirect mailboxes or public folders" box.  I then have to put something in "Restore to mailbox."  This is where I get stuck.  What exactly do I put in this field.  Just the person's mailbox name, the full path, mapi mailbox name?  I'm just not sure.  We're running exchange 2003 and backup exec 11d.  Any help would be appreciated.
