With EVPM you can fast create new folders over MAPI in Outlook but you can't rename it or delete it with EVPM. For delete or rename processes you can write your own MAPI script to do that or use third party tools with MAPI functions ...

Thanks, I thought so. I was looking for some script to do that.  found some from MSDN using exchange web service client. it requires some development env with visual studio.  didn't want to go into dev.

Is there any script or util I can run without installling lib or compiling it ?

It is correct that it is not currently possible through the EVPM tool to rename or delete a folder like it can create folders. I have put this though as a possible enhancement request to the tool through teh relevant parties.
