How to remove ( RemoteInf.exe ) Maleware and recover the data?

- This is my first time in here, so greetings for everyone.
- I have ( Symantec Endpoint Protection Version 11.0.4000.2295 ) on my Microsoft 2003 R2 Standard Edition Server, I have been infected with the (RemoteInf.EXE) malware at June 1st 2009, and yet I couldn’t get rid of it, I don’t care about the autorun thing or about hiding the folder option or locking hard drives on my network computers, what I really concern of that when the virus infects any PC; it Delete the data on that computer, not the folders, only the data like ( MSOffice sheets or images) and beside all of that it deactivate all the programs installed and show them as empty on the start menu, and it also shows the windows components empty as well ( Like when you try to open system restore from the system tools you cants find it).
- I really hope someone can help me as soon as he can because I am working on a hotel and the data here are very sensitive.

Have you try running in safe mode and removing the RemoteInf.exe file manually?

Yes i did, but nothing happend, it still there, and the data still doesnt appear also.

To recover your data you could use the drive as a external hard drive and just get the data you need

You got lot of software's that can help you recover the data...paid, free, trial......
Format it once you get the data back.
