Set to 0 to disable

 you can use cleanwipe. you need to contact technical support to avail this tool.

Where do you find the \AdministratorOnly portion ? I do not see it in my system , I can navigate until

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\AV

and I have 3 folder options of ClientUI , ComCache and Snap-In , nothing related to "AdministratorOnly".

What error have you occured when you have uninstall in Add/remove.

I'm using Version 12.1.1101.401 RU1 MP1

I'm the administrator and there is a standalone system which the sub administrator had forgotten the password.
