Endpoint Protection

Hi,

I've uninstalled SEP by using Program Add Remove from a client computer and removed from SEP Manager but SEP Manager still reports this computer in the summary, not up to date virus signature. How I can stop receiving any report from this client as it no longer exist?

from the SEPM console, right click on client and select delete

Thats what I did already. deleted the client from SEP manager but SEP manager still reports it (Cannot see the client computer on the client list but appears on the summary).

which is the parameter you seeing this client seen in the summary table, since these are pulled for 12 hours (default) or last 24 hrs you may need to wait for some more time.

Its been almost 1 week and all parameters are default.

ok, not sure, can you check if deleting the client from DB makes any difference?

Restart SEPM service twice(There should be some time difference between two restarts..may be an hour) and try

Restarted twice as recommended but did not work. Is there any way to delete this client from the database manually?

take a backup of DB , then you may run this command delete * from sem_client where computer_name=’computer_name(name of the co,mputer)
