     actually i go through many articles about this anti-spyware but the problem is none of the product gone properly to remove this......
    some are files and registry are undeleted......
    plzzz help.....

    If issue still persist, call up the tech support.

    Isolate the system from network after submitting the file.

    tthe links worked.......
    but some files i have deleted manually......bt its okk......its not much bigger issue......
    bt it still showing in programs and feature......
