  • 1.  .How to remove Tickets from ServiceDesk 7.5

    Hello again,

    in our System we have many Tickets from Tests.

    I want to remove them from the system. I have found an HowTo for the 7.1 Version.

     

    Is there an HowTo for 7.5. I think the database has changed between the two Versions.

    I can't seem to find the HowTo for 7.1 Can you provide a link? If it has SQL queries in it, I think it should be easy enough to update it for 7.5.

    Remove the process information is easy, but there are a lot of references in other tables that it would be best to get rid of as well. I'm just not sure that I can say for sure exactly how many other references there are, so I'd like to see the 7.1 info first.

    Yeah, that's definitely using some older components and would need to be updated for 7.5. I was really hoping for just a simple SQL query. Sorry, I don't have the time at the moment to do the updating of that project. Maybe someone else does?

    Thanks for this link. It looks very good.

     

    I have downlaod it and then i was surprised by somme errors.

    After clicking on Continiue i found a Workflow which seems not be finished. There are some missing path.

    Can you provide the Workflow version that you are using? It looks like all of the Embedded Models are missing. There would have been complaints when the project was 1st opened and as a result, the Embedded Models disappear.

    I have tested loading this project in Workflow version: 7.5.2000.472

    This produces the same errors that you have posted.

    The project was built with version: 7.5.3000.4584 (Service Desk 7.5 SP1)

    You will need to upgrade your environment if you intend to use this project.
