what is the action it says?
did you try to clean the threat while scanning in safe mode?
can you post the risk log?
Cheers!

I haven't try to run symantec on safe mode. but i try to trun off the system restore and run again the symantec. I am still on the current scanning process. I will try to run again the symantec on safe modes as suggested, after the current scanning is done. thank you for the support.
Hi Ishmael,
Do be sure to keep that computer isolated form the rest of your network until you have confirmed that it is completely clean. Otherwise, you are risking the spread of infection from that computer to others, and there is a good chance that other infected computers on the network will attempt re-infect this one as soon as it is cleaned.

Hope this helps!

Hello,
What version of Symantec Endpoint Protection are you carrying?
Upon looking into the Screenshots, we can see that you are not carrying Symantec Endpoint Protection, instead you are carrying Norton Product along with Malwarebytes on the same machine.
If incase, you are carrying Norton product, please connect to:

However, check this SOLVED Thread:

Is a generic detection. It may not be a threat. Please post the name of the file with extention and the location from where it is being detected. We can then confirm if that is a trojan or any false positive detection.
Also post the version of the SEP that is making these detections.
Good Luck!
