How to rescan the Quarantine folders in SEPM when new def is updated

  • 1.  How to rescan the Quarantine folders in SEPM when new def is updated

    Hi Everyone

    We are using SEPM 12.1 version. After scannig some files are moved to quarantine folder.

    But after new virus def is updated, we want to scan the quarantine folder and astract the data, because there may be so important date in quarantine folder.

    Can anyone please help me regarding this , how to rescan the quarantine as and when new virus def is updated.

    Open your Antivirus policy

    Under Advanced Options click on Quarantine

    Under When New Definitions Arrive, select one of the top two options

    Click OK to save it

    Configuring how the Quarantine handles the rescanning of files after new definitions arrive
