  • 1.  How to reset the login for the Workspace Streaming Console?

    Hey Everyone,

    Long story short, we built a 7.5 server and were doing comparative benchmark and speed tests against our 6.1 SP8 MP2 server with good results, but now we can't seem to login to the 7.5 console anymore.  I dug around the conf files on the server and read the Admin Guides for 7.5 as well as 6.1 SP8 MP2 and 6.1 SP7 hoping that there would be something listed in the troubleshooting guide, but to no avail.

    How do you reset the login to get back into the console?

    Anyone from Symantec with any ideas?  If we don't figure out a basic way that is a 6 node rebuild.  It just seems like it would help others in the future too in case the administrator in charge of the product at an Organization leaves so that they can get back in if necessary.

    Found a screenshot we took during the installation which listed that 7.5 uses "admin" as the default login as 6.1 and used a brute force technique to get into the Console.
