How to reset the symadmin password?

Does anyone know how to reset a lost/forgotten symadmin password? Searching the forum and google turned up no solution. There is no IFOGOT.exe for SCSP that I am aware of. Setting the PWD field to blank in the USR table in the SCSP DB does not work either.
