  • 1.  How to resolve qsp files issue with SEP 12.1

    I had upgraded my company SEPM to 12.1 but now there is an issue whereby at Clients' end, qsp & temp files are created in the C:\Windows\Temp which causes C drive to be full.

    I am not sure if there is anything related to the policy setting in SEPM? Any recommended setting in the Quarantine Option?

    How many clients are facing this problem ? And wahts the OS on those clients ?

    Clear the files manually in safe mode.
