  • 1.  How to restore an image using TCP/IP Network Boot Image?

    Hello Everyone,

We are trying to restore a ghost image over the LAN. I know we can do this by creating a Ghost Boot Wizard image, serving that boot image over the LAN using Boot Services, and using Ghost Cast Server to issue the restore task. We are able to boot the client machine remotely using TCP/IP Network Boot Image but it’s not joining the Ghost Cast session automatically.

The TCP/IP Network Boot Image has the following details mostly defaults.

    PreOS Version – Windows PE

Client Type window – We added this parameter (-ja=win7restore)

    TFTP Root Directory - C:\TFTPBOOT\

Are we missing some important steps here? Did we specify the parameter correctly? Any idea?

    Thank You,

    Arnel
