Job information in Activity Monitor is kept only for 78 hours by default.

To check job status done before this period, use "Status of Backups" report from NetBackup Management > Reports > Status of Backups instead.

Create a file, eg call settings and put in these lines:

Then run
bpsetconfig -h <master> <filename>
This will change the number of hours the history is kept in activity monitor.  Change the 156 to however many hours you want.
Check the settings by running

(The commands are in netbackup/bin/admincmd directory)

The answer remains the same as in your other post:

If you have changed Activity Monitor log retention, it will only apply from that moment onwards.

You cannot get deleted entries back. It's gone. You can only retain what you currently have.
There is no 'retain them back' function.

As pointed out yesterday and by Yasuhisa above, look at Reports.
Job Status and All Log Entries report should help you find 'missing' job information.
